Hello doctor, Need advice reg cholestrol. I have done a master health checkup. It showed my total cholestrol as 200, hdl as 44, ldl as 150, triglericyde as 202. Is it too high? What should i do to reduce it and how long it takes to reduce, so that i can test my cholestrol again.
