Choledocholithiasis

Hello doctor/s. Last month I had a severe and acute abdominal pain for which I was diagnosed with a Common Bile Duct stone and Acute Cholangitis. With antibiotics my Cholangitis was resolved almost immediately and 25 days later, ERCP was performed which cleared by bile duct and the gallbladder was removed as well. My concern is: Do I have any risk of developing Liver Cirrhosis in the future due to that single episode of Cholangitis and bile duct stone? I'm non alcoholic with no pre-existing liver issue.

This disease once treated has no known risk of Liver Cirrhosis. If present for years then it can cause Cirrhosis. Every person should continue to monitor his or her health with yearly checkup
