Choke in throat and pain

Sometimes I get a choke and I cant breathe and after I drink hot water it ia immediately gone..pain arises from chest and gone when I drink hot water. I have done ecg and echo tests..all test results okk. This symptom is there last 3 years but more frequently now...pls advise what should be the line od treatment..

could be related to acid reflux or can be thirst induced behaviour.. consult a physician for proper evaluation!
