Having white patch on left side of throat ,no pain or fever ,have been prescribed chlorhexidine gluconate mouth wash for 5 days , should I dilute it in water and will it stain my teeth and mouth with 5 day use

Do not dilute.  Normal undiluted version will do. Povidine iodine gurgle is more beneficial
