Asked for Male, 23 Years

Doctor initially I got stools and got pain in pennis when ever I tested I got ecoli but after 5 months I got positive for chlamydia.In between I frequently used antibiotics course. Recently my symptoms got down I am using 20 day further antibiotics course. Earlier i used cefkind 500 twice a day. My problem was I am suffering from muscle pain after the course. Is it due to antibiotics or arthritis.
