It's not your child's problem. It's parenting mistake. Probably,  from his childhood,  all the elders at home,  would have given blindfolded  love. Now,  as he is growing  and also going to school,  he might  find it difficult to handle all those children in the class and in your  neighborhood. Please do consult a psychologist in your city personally to understand yourself and your parenting techniques better.
