Constipation since last 4 days,frequent bowel urge but stomach is not cleared,has to go to bathroom frequently,chapped skin and fissures near anus and buttock cheek inside due to frequent washing,pain in passing stools,

Can be die to fecal impaction. Meet your pediatrician for the treatment. And also you have make diet changes. High fibre diet, banana at night, water up to 3 litres per day..
