Hi there, I can totally understand your concerns. First of all, I need to whether she has any cough or cold or runny nose or ear ache? If its only fever, then have you measured it? Just to understand the grade of fever.
Next Steps
I would advice you give her calpol syrup if you already have it and the doctor have told you to give it to her anytime in the near past as per her weight. If not, then you will require to consult online with the questions I have asked above and we will try to take care of it. Secondly measure temperature and if its equal to more than 102 or if the fever is not subsiding despite giving medications then do NORMAL WATER (not cold water not hot water) sponging of the whole body.
Health Tips
Watch for lazyness or letharginess or decreased activity or vomiting or any thing looks like fits Do not worry as it can be just a viral infection Just try to answer the questions and I can help you better
