Can I give chikoo puree to 6 month old baby ? Is it necessary to steam the fruit? Please advice. Also can you please let me know how many times in a day I can offer solid food at this age?

You can give chiku but stem and mash and make it into completely paste. You have to slowly introduce solid food and it takes very long. Almost 2 years. Give usual milk and all and once or twice give solid food.
