Ive been having itching n headache..water blisters formed on face, neck, head n upper part of the body..

This sounds like chicken pox. I cannot be sure until I examine. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice. It needs to be treated early as the blisters usually heal with scarring.
