I'm 19 years old and suffering with chicken pox, am I able to use my nizroal shampoo to stop the itching? Also am I able to go outside with chickenpox? I hate being stuck indoors.

put calamine lotion dat is smoothening and topical antihistamine which wud decrease itching.Nizoral is antifungal it kills fungus which cause itching. Here it has no role. U might take levo cetrizine if itching is too much.
