Hello Doctor although i am suffering from the gastric issue from last 1 year and at that time also i got some chest pinching type pain and I have taken ecg and tmt test 9 months ago and both was normal . And once i know about that i was completely ok but now again from months gastric issue started and I don't have any pain while running and walking and tat time also same condition was there . At present I am facing chest burning near ny left nipple area side of that extreme left side of nipple . Along with that I am passing huge gas ans sone time I feel gas stuck in upper left abdominal and back also . please help in this
