Why is my left side below chest tingling (happens at the back too ) ,it happens occasionally and mostly when lying down and sometimes when I sit too . checked bp - 123/81 Pulse rate is at 60 when I relax sometimes goes to 55 . Is it something to worry?

I did not think any cardio issue is brewing. The description of sensation itself is not supportive of a cardio diagnosis Yours is possibly an anxiety based and if bothers a detailed evaluation and further testing may be necessary.
