I have a chest tightness that comes and goes lately. I thought maybe it was heartburn but I took a Zantac and it didn't help. I am a 27 year female. I had a brother who had a heart attack at 36 years old.

Heartburns are usually due to acid reflux although there may be other causes. We need to treat you for the reflux and also rule out the other differentials. Please consult a cardiologist. You can also book an online consult and we can discuss.
