From a week I feel chest tightness when sleeping straight also feel cough in throat,when I tryied to deep breath some time feel sound from chest feel little shortness of breath but my spo2 is 99 what is cause of it for your guideance i attached my x ray which is little.blurry please consider and give me.your view
