Sir I hv problem frm more than 1 yr ... Feeling some things stuck on neck and suffocating and heavy chest feeling ... In cheat xray its was clear but in ct scan of pns its show right ethmoidal and left maxillary sinusitis . nasal spur to left side with hypertrophy of right inferior nasal turbinate ... Pls help me

Hi, decongestant, steroids and antihistaminics will relieve your symptoms and helps in draining the blocked sinuses. If you still experience symptoms despite medical therapy, you may consider surgery to correct your hypertrophy of turbinates. Consult Ent specialist...
