Sir 1may ko fever aaya tha dr sir ne d dimer cbmainc LFT kft xrays CRP karaya jisme crp 6.2 d dimer 600 aaya smell aur taste chala gaya tha rtpcr negative aaya dr sir covid treatment karaya 15 may tak kafi better ho gaya aur medicine main ecosprin aur multivitamin tablet chali 10 days aur phir medicine band kar di 31 may night main left side chest &left hand  pain hua agin CRP  d dimer cbc lft kft ptt xrays ecg karaya jisme crp 5.98 d dimer 150 aaya aur baki sari report normal aayi Dr sir ne aspirin 75 pantoprazo calcium acetate medicine di Sir 6june main abhi bhi chest main heavyness aur chuban si hai aur pain bhi hai Please suggest sir

I would suggest to get HRCT CHEST DONE. It's classic case of Covid 19 induced lung fibrosis (pneumonitis induced). Meanwhile you can Use Incentive inspirometer ,for 5 minutes three times a day Based on HRCT findings proper dose schedule is advised.
