Chest pressure and minty cold feeling

I have little pressure in right chest and some times pain in left shoulder joint , tingling in left wrist and right wrist mostly left and a minty burning feeling in upper chest mear collar bone , ecg normal , echo normal , have anxiety issues triglyceride 255 and uric acid 8.1 , was covid positive on 21st april , all problems started after that only
