Chest Pain with ECG Elevation in AVL

I have left sided chest pain for past 30 days. Full body checkup revealed ECG elevation in the AVL lead on 2 consecutive tests. My physician advised to take Echo test and it came out normal. The doctor said it is normal. I also consulted a Cardiologist who advised to take TMT test which turned out to be normal. He mentioned the pain doesn't appear to be cardiac. I am still worried if there is any underlying concerns that could be causing this. Other key points: 1. Lipid profile normal 2. Chest XRay shows that I have bronchitis. I have no cough at the moment. 3. Vitamin D3 deficiency has been found 4. I recovered from Covid in Jan'22 Please advise.

ECG shows minor changes which could be a normal finding and it has been proved after a TMT. Stress TMT helps us find out exertional precipitation of cardiac symptoms and signs. Your echo is reported to be normal. The pain seems to be NonCardiac and kindly not to be worried.
