Chest pain with breathing problem

53 yrs old, Female did angeoplasty in 2013 with stents. Since few days I am having chest pain with hurt burn also mild breathing problem. ECG reports says Sinus rhythm normal but T wave abnormal . All other Report are attached . Please tell me if there is anything serious?? I am really tensed. And Thank you for your kind attention.

Heart burn could be due to antiplatelets. How many and what doses are you taking? Since your routine investigations appears good except urine routine, ur not in grave danger.

Possibly the ecg changes and pre existing changes and not a new one. So no need to worry. As far as you are asymptomatic and on regular medications as per advice with out any symptoms... No issues
