Doctor, I am (34 yrs old 89kg )and developed chest pain last week which was on and off. Not very severe but sudden shock like pain but no breathlessness or vomitings. Took ECG(image attached )and troponin test was negative on Sunday. Today am feeling pain again slightly. Bp was 150/80 on Sunday. Now BP is becoming normal. Thyroid and Lipid test is normal. But HBA1Csugar level is 7. Kindly let me know what could lead to chest pain.
