Hi, i undergone angio last month and my cardiologist identified myocardial bridge in heart. Undergoing medications since then. Now for the past few days while coughing and sneezing, I am feeling chest pain severely. Please advise what should I do next?

Re-visit a cardiologist once again. You may require upscale of medications.
