Hello doctor my left  chest is paining while coughing and sneezing, I've did 2d echo and 4 times ecg in march and April all reports were normal, please tell me why is it paining I'm scared

This is irritation of the diaphragm or muscular strain, nothing to do for that. Do pranayam and yoga. It will be beneficial.
