Chest pain while breathing.

Happens regularly. Most of the time during anxiety and may be due to stress. I need to stop breathing for some time to calm the pain

It could be because of anxiety , neuromuscular disorders or due to pleural / pericardial diseases..consult a pulmonologist or general physician for exact diagnosis and treatment
