Three days before I was just thinking that I have to pay 75 thousand per month against home loan and took some stress, from that point the chest pain started and then I have to tell one of my junior to leave the job it hurts me more. Suggest a cardiac evaluation and subsequent investigation as advised . Commonly it includes blood tests , ecg, echo as basics and then a treadmill if the ecg and echo are ok. Many hospitals have packages for cardiac assessment.
