  3. Chest pain. It hurts. please help.

Off late, I've been experiencing pain in my upper chest area(between the nipples) . This usually happens while I'm going to lie down, right before I touch the bed, in a particular position, or also when I stretch in a particular position. Also, if I press that part of my chest with some force, it hurts. Please help.
