Chest pain,neck tight, shallow breathing

Got abou two hours it’s been getting very slowly a bit worse, my neck is consticted and there’s a pain in my chest. I can’t breat too hard or too deeply. I’m only 13 I’ve never been diagnosed with athsma, I’ve never smoked and don’t drink alcohol. I don’t have any allergies. I’ve never really been diagnosed with anything notable in the past. Thank you so much.
