Chest pain

My father feels pin and needle type chest pain sometimes for a or two month. We did his Ecg and echocardiography, all are normal, except in Ecg there is bifascicular hemiblock. All blood test, diabates test, bp, are in normal range. Doctor told to reduce anxiety and suspected may be muscle pain. They advised to do some free hand exercise but problem is not solving. What to do? I am not a stage to make consultations, please give some valuable advice here.

Ideally you should visit cardiologist But doctor has already advised to reduce anxiety etc You should follow the advice but if not relieved then visit cardiologist
