Hello doctor In this photo where I have kept my thumb there I feel like a lump is there hard lump and doctor I am having chest pain there from almost from one and half month from 3rd September. Sometimes it's comes and go one ecg detected sinus trachcardia with 115 BPM and another after month was normal . And also I feel numbness in hands and from now 10 days I feel less chest pain but sometimes it comes and when I touch it pains . Today I noticed a lump here middle of left side chest . Chest pain started after 11 days of 2nd dose Can vaccination inflammation cause this lump in chest due to myocarditis. ??
