Chest pain in left side

I have pain in left side of my chest and in ecg it shows abnormal q wave(v6). 4months back 2d echo was done and it is normal cholestrol level is normal. Please see my. ecg suggest me what do now. I have fatty liver so am do waking and excercises in morning and evening and taking limited food. I have eosophagitisi.
