I've been having upper abdominal pain for 3 days after taing claribid 500 tablet which was prescribed by doctor and i felt difficult in breathing

What you are having is gastritis due to the antibiotics.. All you need is to take some antacids like Pantoprazole 40 mg twice a day for 5 days and syp. Digene 2 tsp twice a day for 5 days.
