I am feeling severe chest pain from last one month , when bowel moment clear , I feel comfortable, but I remain also in panic , a lot of time ecg tmt and echo done , eco done in Jan , my all reports is normal but triglycerides is slightly elevated, when sleep in night I feel pressure in chest
