I am 22yrs old i am getting weird feeling in chest past 1 week my frnd told it is gastric so I used gastric tablets  pain stopped but today I didn't took gastric tablets pain starts again I can breathe normally and I don't smoke or eat non veg but now a days I am feeling more hungry for food, no body part changes and I can  more than 4 Kms even now also .....  I am going to London next feeling tensed ... I am not getting clarity what is happening can any doctor suggest
