Hi My friend is experiencing pricking pain in the left side of the chest during breathing.(mostly inhalation) Could you tell me the reason?

May be due to some fluid collection in chest calld as plueral effusion or due to muscle spasm.
Next Steps
urgent chest xray pa view.
