Having chest pain in RT half with slight breathlessness since about two hours this morning. Elders advised pain may be due to gastric, hence I had a warm glass of dabur pudin hara & lying down, but still not comfortable.

Hi there.. right chest pain could be due to gastritis, lung problems, chest muscle strain... since you are suffering from breathlessness even, it could be lung problem.. please get chest X-ray done once.. consult near by physician once for complete examination and further management..
