Dear sir / mam I'm feeling pain / discomfort on upper left and upper left chest. It worries a lot for me. During night time i feel that my heart beats fastly. I have attached my ECG to this message. And my average bp of 1 weak is 110 / 72. please help me

Hello.. Well I suggest you to consult a physician first to get examined...your ecg shows few changes which are not acute but and can be normal also..so need to correlate it
