Hi I am having sharp chest pain along with frequent burping since last two days and today my chest pain got little severe and at one point of time in the midnight and my left hand becomes little numb and got alright...The burping still continues.. Morning I had done ECG, Sugar and BP.. Sugar and BP is normal..The ECG report is attached herewith. Kindly advice whether it could be normal gas problem or any heart related issues.

Ecg is showing incomplete rbbb, rest normal Nothing to worry about Looks like gas related. You can consult for further discussion
