I wz having chest pain from past few days and manier times while sleeping I feel heart palpitations and  short of breath and I feel as if I'm going to die because of this m unable to sleep recently I consulted with general physician I said all ma problems doctor just checked my pulse rate and examined me by Scethescope and said there is nothing to worry can I rely on this or should I do any test to see my heart health I feel like m having  heart problem bt doctor dint suggest any test what should I do??? Plz help
