I have recovered from covid a week ago and after that I am having chest pain regularly ang swelling over the face and body and skin pain as well.. Why this is happening??

If you are on steroids for the COVID it can explain your facial and body swelling. How ever there may be other causes in a patient with covid. Just listing of chest pain does not help a clinician.
