Chest pain and left hand cramp

I did ecg echo all blood test a month ago because i had chest pain amd left hand cramp all reports were normal i consulted cardiologist he also said its just anxiety now i started getting left hand cramp and slight chest pain 2 weeks back i did ecg it was normal only high heart beat i have anxiety about health do i need to repeat the test

No need to repeat any tests. Focus on anxiety management. If needed consult a psychiatrist
