There is chest pain right in the centre, also tightness in neck and a headache. There was some sort of skin problem also, with bumps and itchiness all over.

Hello, I went through your query, it is very hard to come to any conclusion with the very brief history you have given. It would have been easier for us if you have attached the photo of skin lesion. You need to undergo examination for skin lesion and to treat accordingly, please consult a dermatologist.
