Chest Pain and discomfort

I have current on the Lft rib that comes for 3-4 sec and goes away and chest discomfort alwas My echo tmt and holter are normal Doctor advice anxiety but i knw i dont have that Can anyone advice what can be done And if tou any advice's any doctor it will be great Any doctor's response will be highly appreciated

Any pin in left side of chest is mostly not arising from heart. It may be but usually it is not. Generally it is from the stomach or the colon . If they are distended due to gas or there is acidity then there can be pain. Try to control acid and take good fibre diet for a month and then re assess.
