There is a severe pain in my chest since last few day.  Due to that I'm unable  to breathe properly.  This pain is at times unbearable.

It can be due to your cardiac problems,muscle pulls,gastro esophageal reflux disease etc...you need to be examined clinically with detailed history and you may require investigations like ecg,echo,chest xray depending upon examination findings...consult physicians they will do the needful
