I am a 18 years old boy. And I am suffering from the chest shape that I have. It's not flat and is somewhat projected out. Also the nipple is extra little projected almost all the time. There is no hard ball like thing inside it,since I could press and I felt it . Many doctors said that it's yours age that you got this and after a 4 years it will be normal it's now above 3 years and no change. The main part is that when I use little cold water to that nipple area it contracts and looks like boy
