Hello doctor, my daughter is 13 month old ,on her left breast she had a lump , right breast is normal and I can see the difference left one is big compared to right one , but no redness, itching,or fever ,she is normal.l'm breast feeding her and giving complementary food also .what could be the reason?

Thank you for your query Breast lumps are common in breastfed babies. They are almost always harmless and due to exposure to maternal hormones in the womb. You need not worry If you have any doubts please consult Pediatrician
