Hi Sir I have been experiencing left chest pain since 1 year along with left shoulder pain which radiates towards left arm. I feel heaviness in neck & upper back. I have done 4 ECG's in a year & 1 ECHO. It all came normal. Everytime i feel chest pain, i feel very anxious. I am taking physiotherapy but this pain is constant only pain keeps moderating from high low or vice versa. I am attaching latest echo & ecg. Please help.

Echo and ECG are okay. If the pain is non exertional, it is probably not related to the heart. Musculoskeletal disease is a possibility.
