Chest feels some  weired can't explain

I am 23 yes old I am getting some weird feeling for few minutes in chest , while drinking water I feel it is going into heart  I am drinking more water now a days,  I am doing all my works routine I can walk more than 5km daily eating food like normal but the feeling is weird can't explain it is not paining or pressuring but some thing different may be some thing like gathering

If you could walk 5 km daily them your effort tolerance is very good and you have good cardiac reserve. Your symptoms could be due to gastritis , so take Tab. Sompraz 40 mg per day for 2 weeks.
