From 6 months I'm suffering from chest pain and also a pain in my back and Neck also I'm February I check my ECG AND ECHO which is normal kindly suggest me for better precautions

Hi Probably you might need a x-ray. As heart problems ruled out, consult a pulmonologist in person with x-ray
