Having pain in left side of chest and upper middle of the back since this morning. While inhaling a tad bit more of a pain is felt. No cold sweats and shortness in breath though.

Looks musculoskeletal, take pain killers, not subsiding take ecg and consult..

The overall narration is not pointing to any particular system or organ. If at all, it’s more like muscular. If there are no systematic symptoms like fever and other pains it suggests that it’s not a critical issue If this followed unusual physical activity like carrying weight or exercise it may also help All in all nothing to worry

Description of ur pain looks more like musculoskeletal or pleuritic. But needs more history n proper evaluation to rule out any cardiac origin of the pain
