I have been having stabbing chest pain on the left side for the past few hours. I have also noticed stabbing pains in my left arm, around where the bicep and tricep meet. Is this something to worry about?

if there is sweating occur more along with severe chest pain then it is related to heart attack. plz go for  ECG.
